Returns and Refund Policy
At Zwishh, we strive to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products.
1. Return Eligibility
• Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Certain items such as innerwear, beauty products, perishable goods, or customized items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or product nature. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Go to the 'My Orders' section in the Zwishh app or website.
2. Select the item you want to return and choose 'Return'.
3. Pick your reason and upload images (if required).
4. Our team will schedule a free pick-up.
3. Refund Process
• Once we receive and verify the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer (for COD orders).
• In some cases, refunds may also be issued as Zwishh Wallet credit, if preferred.
4. Rejections
We reserve the right to reject returns if:
• The product is used or damaged after delivery.
• Return request is raised after 7 days.
• Product does not meet the above eligibility conditions.
