How to Request Account Deletion

1. Open the Zwishh mobile application on your device
2. Navigate to Help & Support in the app menu
3. Select Raise a Request to Delete Account
4. Fill in the required details and submit your request
5. Our support team will process your request within 5-7 business days
6. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information
• Order history and purchase records
• Saved addresses and payment methods
• Wishlists and saved items
• Chat history and messages
• Account preferences and settings

Data Retention

Please note that some information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, including but not limited to:

• Shop information
• Product information
• Transaction records required for financial reporting (retained for 7 years)
• Information related to active customer service requests
• Data required to prevent fraud or illegal activities
